Please contact the retailer you intend to make your purchase from. Please refer to the retailers web site for their contact details. Please note that detailed pre-contract credit information and an example credit agreement are provided for you to review at the start of the credit application process, before you are asked to sign and submit your application. You can save or print the pre-contract documents and take as long as you wish review them.
 

Applications in Process

If you are having problems paying your deposit, please carefully re-enter your card details including the start or valid from date, or issue number if your card has one. Please note that your card must be enabled for 3-D Secure. Please note that Pay4Later cannot take card payments over the telephone or by any other means.
Please carefully follow the instructions on screen to upload your proof of identity image. Please note that you do not require a scanner! Smartphone cameras are an ideal way to take a picture of your identity document.
Please contact your retailer directly. You can find the contact details for your retailer on their web site. The retailer will also have sent you an email containing contact details. If you haven’t received any emails, please check your spam/junk mail folders. Pay4Later also email you at the address your provided on the application form to update you on the status of your application. Again, If you haven’t received any emails from Pay4Later, please check your spam/junk mail folders.

Unfortunately we are not given the reason why a customer is declined for credit. The authorisation process is carried out by the finance company and Pay4Later has no part in the decision. The decline message is sent to us by the lender with no explanation or justification. The reason for a decline may that incorrect information has been entered in the credit application form. Post-sales / Application Enquiries

Pay4Later is not a lender, we do not lend or take any funds.
Please contact the finance company directly. You can find their contact details on your credit agreement.
To cancel your credit application you must contact the retailer you made your purchase from. If you made your purchase online, when the retailer cancels your credit application, your credit or debit card deposit be will automatically refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
