If you have an enquiry relating to a credit agreement you have made using Pay4Later, please first contact the retailer you made your purchase from.
Your retailer can directly assist you with any queries relating to your credit agreement including problems paying your deposit, amending or cancelling your credit agreement and other general queries.
You can find the contact details for your retailer on their web site. The retailer will also have sent you an email containing contact details. If you haven't received any emails, please check your spam/junk mail folders.
If you have already contacted your retailer and you have not received a response after 48 hours, please click here to open a support request.
